Joyce's early nursing career was spent working with cardiac patients in an intensive care setting before moving into Occupational Health for 25 years. She first worked in an industrial setting, then after receiving her certification in Occupational Health, moved into a hospital setting. Joyce has been working in Worker's Compensation case management since 2011 and she joined Carolina Case Management in 2019. In her spare time, she enjoys swimming and reading, but most of her time is spent with her amazing family, which includes 6 grandchildren.
