Ruth earned her Associate Degree in Nursing from Erie Community College and has been a registered nurse since 1990. She has over 20 years of experience in Workers' Compensation and is a Certified Case Manager. She enjoys being a case manager as she likes to help people. She is also bilingual (English & Spanish). Ruth has been with Carolina Case Management since 2018.
